Freight Damage:
It is the consignee’s responsibility to count & inspect upon receiving.
Merchandise arriving with external damage should be described on Proof of
Delivery, Delivery Receipt, or Bill of Lading. In case of concealed damage,
consignee must contact the carrier within 15 days after receipt and claims
for damage instituted.
Return of Merchandise:
Authorization must be obtained for
the return of any item. If return is authorized, transportation charges must
be prepaid.
Items returned for credit are subject to a charge to cover
inspection, damage in transit, reconditioning, and repacking.

Special
Shipping Requirements:
The following services are available to enhance the delivery for our
customers.
Lift Gate/Ramp:
Enables delivery without a loading dock. DOES NOT include inside delivery.
Inside Delivery:
Product is transported from trailer to inside of the building.
Set up and Trash Removal:
Removal of product from skid, set in place of use, installation of
upholstery and removal
of packaging materials and skid (not available on all products – call
Midmark Customer Service for details).
Stair Carry:
Move product up or down stairs if no service elevator is available.
